How to Create a Strategy Summary for Your Business
I find it helps to even write one because it helps organize how the strategy of that one thing that you may be working on is particularly working. I know it works very well in Microsoft and I highly recommend it as a strategy for for many other folks. What is that 5% of what is that overall pool, how do I go about defining it? And just being able to go ahead and do that is is a fantastic exercise and helps you understand a little bit more of that growth overall.
