What Are Some Common Techniques That Work?
The two that i use most frequently are sitting there and trying to say the alphabet backwards. The other one is a technique called square breathing, or tactical breathing. I learned it when i was in high school. It forces you from your amigdala back into your pre frontal cortex. That really helps me keep it pretty evenly pace.
