How to Impact Culture in Your Organization
I would say think about what you want in a boss and leadership. If you want open communication, figure out a culture project that's going to deliver open communication. Like I wish my organization did better job with recognizing people when they do great work, start a recognition program. Every time I go to that level of leadership, it's because of something culture related. It's not my job, but it makes a huge impact and it gets me what I need so that I feel fulfilled in my job and I don't want to leave.
