The Importance of Card Advantage in Magic

Back in old school format the most powerful reliable card advantage engine was a four mana artifact called jam Daytona which was also printed in alpha. By by modern standards jam Daytona is quite obsolete. In fact it's been printed for quite cheaper both to cast and activate and hasn't seen widespread adoption. It means that you need to understand intrinsically as a player where the sources of card advantage are as the context of the game evolves.
