The Gojo Bao Dam. That's It.
The Gojo Bao is the Chinese word for a dam. The country of Laos, China built about 10 dams there 2002. By 2020, 100% of people in Lao will have access to electricity. "I think I'm a really pro dam person," says CNN's John Sutter.
