Sturgeon's Goals Are to Create Jobs and Drive Financial Inclusion

Sturgeon Capital aims to increase employment levels, especially among the young. As of 2Q22, Sturgeon's portfolio companies directly employ more than 2,100 people with 60% under the age of 30. The fund has set up a separate philanthropic vehicle, the Sturgeon Foundation, to further its impact. This entity hopes to provide scholarships for tens of thousands of students across Central Asia, Pakistan, and Egypt.
