The Future of UX Strategy

UX strategy is more about the kind of choreography of more sort of global, more macro elements. I think a lot of the time the applied Ux that we do, you know, conversion rate optimization, improving usability. That's very tactical. Or as you're moving to the other side of things and be strategic about how you build an organization on a micro level. It's just not one of those things that spoken about because competency levels need to be a lot higher.
