If the conditions are not right, if the attention is not, you know, they're out or if the load of instructions that you've just bombarded at them is too, too great. But I do think as well, it's important to pick up on that but there is also a reason why you weren't told all of this when you first started teaching. And so there is something valuable in taking that time away from the classroom and likely say what you've been really careful to do is to release things kind of slowly to give people time to reflect on it.
