How to Get a Subdivision in Shelby County Kentucky
There's one county Shelby County Kentucky. It was almost impossible from what our really told me to split anything under five acres because that county wants to preserve land. So there's just no sub dividing really allowed in that county as they grow. I'm sure things will change. But there are counties where you just can't really do that. You like Ron said, it's very important before you start this project and start getting excited and calling your surveyors first. Always check into your due diligence first.
