I've just been doing it for years and like them and there's a local society and they said, oh, we need help out. So I train myself up to be a judge which is like this multi-year process with exams and test judging and everything. On the one hand you kind of get amazed at the things that you learn and then on the other hand the guys who were really good at it are just like, okay, wow, you can get that much better.
