Hypoglycemia and Buterate
Buter buterate, or buteric acid, is one of the three main er, short chain fadty acids that are often measured on a stool test. There are a number of key species who produce this, including fucali bacterium prosnitia and a host of other bacteria. And do you would you also think that it has some role in hypo glycemia? Enfor all that's interesting, they just can't have alluded to it. They didn't discuss it in too much detail becausei's a very new area of research. But i wonder there as well if it could go the other way when it comes round to regulating luglucos.
