The Role of Exosomes in Intracrine Communication

The idea is with exercise, you're exercising some material from the muscles actually able to come out into this sort of exercise thing that can float around the blood. The exact proportion in which ones are with these little lipid balls called exosomes, about 90 nanometers in diameter, versus which are free in the cell surface binding to receptors is still a little bit unclear. But clearly, there is some evidence that especially young exosomes derived from blood from young individuals, especially close to exercise, do have some beneficial effects.
