The terms of the t s as, a lot of the values behind the deal can be really dependent on what kind of terms you have. We anticipate what we can to the best of our abilities. Even though we get some share in a service involvement, there might be some front line resources in the business that we can't get to. I mean, we just they're not in the circle of trust or the under the tenc and so we have to make assumptions.
