Is There a Certain Measure of Humility in PhD Programs?

Joel: I think there's a certain measure of humility that like getting to the point in your education where you realize you don't know it all. Dylan: You know, I think back to my years in undergrad at bio college or like first year grad school, that was kind of like my peak arrogance as a person and maybe that has something to do with being in your early 20s. Joel: But I also think that the kind of continuing theological education and exposure to kind of this broader world of scholarship instills a certain humility that is very, very relevant to wise, patient, humble and gracious pastors.
