I think that experienced providers who are confident in their abilities to deliver babies vaginally might try this. I think most people if they know this is going on are going to deliver them via c-section okay how about a shoulder presentation? so the shoulder presentation this is also known as a transverse lie and this almost always results in a caesarian section. If it's a twin-twin delivery you can try to deliver the twin B who's got a shoulder presentation but the cesarian delivery of a back down transverse lie can also be difficult in and of itself.
