Are Eels Critically Endangered?

Rosalind Wright, marine ecologist at the UK Environment Agency go to scientific reports for the full details of the detective work. Eels are critically endangered eels now and they are a species because even artificially reproduce although there's some success now in getting eggs and larvae there's been no success in rearing eels. If all fails then the eels will become extinct which is quite unthinkable when we think of how common they were or such an important species for all biodiversity.
