The Sound Design for the Spanish Steps
We recorded a lot of tire squeaks, we have tire squeaks in our library. We took away some of the very high frequency, the two case screeches and what it did is it made it more realistic. It also allowed the engine acceleration out of turns just to be a bit more recognisable. The camera work on these scenes gives you that sense that you are in the car with Ethan and Grace and with Paris. There's always another flavour to give you a sense of immersion within the chasing.
