Before you left the next web did you start kind of taking over was that your department to try to figure out what email newsletters we're going to do for the publication and stuff like that? I think although for many publishers it already kind of started in terms of it becoming a bigger deal and being more valuable. By the end of my last couple of years of my time video became a much more scalable thing as costs of doing it became lower, easier to understand and use even if you weren't a video professional. The business by that point had also grown to a size that it could justify the spend the event the conference was a phenomenal success for the next web.
