Introduction
Michel de Tomasselle: In outer fibrillation, there are structural remodeling of tricuspid and mitral anuli that become larger compared to healthy controls. He says in patient with normal left ventricular ejection fraction, the tric Suspid anulus enlarges more than mitral anulus. So this is a very important finding because in this patient with the absence of mitral andtricuspid significant regurgitation, I like the causative role of other fibrillation in determining this structural remodeling.
