Cognitive Behavior Training - Be an Informed Consumer

When a child won't follow through on a task or an assignment, what initiatives can a person take to help that child without getting frustrated at that child? One of the most important things that a parent can do is really start off by providing a lot of supervision in the situation. And then as as you see mastery in that situation over time, where your child is able to a, do that with your support, then what you'll do is kind of fade that support back and point out different things if your child misses something along the way.
