i think the respect of one's peers is like, really under appreciated in these contexts. So much of what i did at work was not because my boss was measuring me on this. If i do a great job, hopefully the rewards will come from that. I look toyou maybe for some of that. But i don't now wha it's like working at a bigger company or at a low growth company.
