The Importance of Awareness
For me, the strongest thing that I've been working on is really awareness. And it's about being aware of my thoughts and also what is happening in my body. Our thoughts do influence our life in a very strong sense. So one of the tools that really works for me is meditation. It can be very easy to sit on a project and just like get very excited and far hours and hours. But I'm always trying to remind myself that taking breaks in between,. going for a walk, go outside or doing something, some exercises or just anything that feels good for the body but not for the mind.
