The Eight Circuits Permission to Commute the Death Penalty to Morrow

It's always this funny area of things where the g is sort of asking the court to give it a do over. For the lower courts, i think thereh've been some justices who'v always ben against that practice and said, no, you know, we owe it to the eight circuit either sthr right or wrong. The clearest case of an appropriate g var is were like that, the law has changed. You know, you relied on the supreme court decision, and now we've overturned the smaller decisions. So it's a little weird.
