How Does Breathing Change Your Mindfulness?

Breathing was really challenging for me when i first started. Now i feel like with practice it is my go to strategy. So if i'm feeling anxious or stressed, i do a lot of humming breath. It's kind of a auditory reminder of your breath. My whole family, my son uses it. My daughter, ah, it's wonderful. Ihtl right, for sure.
