The Importance of Rural Health Care
There are so many agencies that don't just deal with rural but have a very large focus and ends up being on rural. The more agencies we have addressing rural health care, the higher the likelihood of two things: They will screw it up of their own accord or they'll be manipulated by vested interests. To streamline responsibility, personally, I'd like to shift more of this responsibility specifically to the states.
