The Work Family Reset
The work family reset appreciates that both matter in the development of children. A child needs to develop that negotiation capacity and see mam as a negotiator and experienced dad, as there is a stet boundary. She's much more likely to interrupt and like correct around behaviors. He does less consistently, less frequently. But when he does, there's no negotiation. It's like, this is what this you know what weare expected. And both really are important.
