The Sulfur Springs of the Yukon
Sulfur Springs was a tiny community that sat atop volcanic activity deep below the Earth's surface. The underground activity created sulfur-heated hot springs that boiled up to the surface of the land and had been there for many thousands of years. These hot springs allowed the few inhabitants of Sulfur Springs to stay warm and cozy year round, despite the wicked wintery conditions the area could experience. As Bert Crunch approached the pint-sized village, he noticed very few lights on in the windows. It was an interesting bunch that chose to live here year round, but they wouldn't trade it for anything else.
