I recommend what I call meta awareness which is being aware of what you're doing as it's unfolding when you do mindfulness you focus on your right that keeps you in the present. Meta awareness is about being a professional observer of yourself by asking yourself questions and you know keeping yourself on track to stay conscious, he says.
