Are You Using Surveys to Listen to Your Ideas?
A survey is not listening. Listening is something that one person does with another person, or a team. It's synchronous. A survey might point you in a direction where you need to go and listen it's as as jason said, it's like a fire alarm. But listening is like being a fire fighter. You actually have to go in and listen.
