How to Get Ahead of the Bottom Feeder

When i was 16, i got my first position as a coach. My background from college is psychology and communications. I did six years in the air force in into where i was listening to conversations, thousands of them per day. What i've found is that only seven percent of communication is spoken. The other 93 % of communication is everything that's said - body motions, facial expressions. And each one of those things is subconscious. It's a reactor. You can't stop yourself from doing it.
