And of course, many of them had number one or top 10 hits. They were ready. A few of them that weren't and we'd take a half hour, 45 minutes, whatever took to make it right. Richard would be standing around getting the audience up and happy because they were all sitting on the floor. People lined up outside to come to the tapings.
