Being consistent on a platform like TikTok requires you to post multiple times a day. Instagram wants per day if you're really trying to grow. YouTube is between one to three times per day. You don't need to consistently share content on the same day at the same time, but it does help you establish a better relationship with your audience when you do post at a specific time and day.
