How to Slow Down to Day to Reflect in Order to Go Faster in the Future

Reflection is an example of an approach that is first order negative and second order positive. It has very visible short term costs, right? And also, it feels like in this worldof wee we have to be productive. Like your wasting time reflecting on things and thinking rather than doing. But it pays off massively in the future. We're through the first three steps, where, through curation, consumption and reflection, the final step is creation. Once you've curated high signal content,. once you've actively and iteravly consumed  you've created a solid foundation for creating new ideas.
