Do you feel like you reached out to restaurants in a way that other wine companies in new york had not? We had an open door policy with many of the best, top restaurants, wine merchants, who would look to us for great wine and maybe the next great thing. That was very important for us to be able to continue to build our portfolio. Because then it became sort of known. First, it was underground, and then it came out of the ground.
