How to Label and Call Out Negative Thought Patterns

I think that one thing that could be a very helpful part of your journey here would be to start labeling and calling out these negative thought patterns. So for example, if you find that you are thinking that somebody thinks you're stupid, right? You're like, they must think I'm so stupid because I stumbled over my words or, you know, said something that didn't make sense. Try to catch yourself. Just say it either to yourself in your head out loud or later on you could write it down in your journal. Whatever it is, just call it out for what it's happening.
