The Importance of Patience in Municipal Governance
Mumbai was reaping the benefits of the 60s and 70s because it had a proper design maybe 100, 150 years before that. It's entirely possible we forget how younger this is and how you know 30 years of liberalization has also brought in the much more public finances to develop infra. So I'm sure of that I mean some cities like Bhopal and Dorsura are showing that actually you can speed up the process but yeah I agree.
