We're going to see the Supreme Court decision on affirmative action soon but even if you put that aside universities and colleges despite their you mentioned earlier about how universities promised diversity they don't. They haven't lived up to that either and in fact if you look at college as a ladder to the middle class it isn't that anymore. We've seen a decline in the number of black students that's exactly the opposite direction it should be going so we're seeing a lot of things going in the wrong direction in terms of equity.
