Sitch Fix

Early at Sitch Fix, it felt very like lowercase a agile because we're not a technology company. We had to go talk to the people we're building the software for and figure out what they wanted. And then when you do that, you don't need any of that stuff. Now, how do you do that with 200 engineers and a 5000 person company? I think you need to be more organized.
