The Triellarans and the Cold War

I thought it was an interesting way of and even used even used the US Soviet Cold War as you referenced it in there so to me I was thinking it would be I don't know that the US and the Soviets had that much of a technology exchange but right it just seemed like an interesting part of the truce or tree that they have between them and how they could help each other.
