The OTP Process Model for Networking
The OTP process model fits really, really well to networking. You'd be hard pressed to design a process model that made more sense for this than what OTP already does. I go into some pretty in-depth detail about this in my Mpex mountain talk from last year. So is that WebSocket process, you know, the Gen Server, is that also the live view process whenever that live view is up and running? No, it's a separate one within live view. It represents it's the Bandit connection process.
