The Analogue Method and Personal Knowledge Management

i want to know a little bit about your practices with regard to the books you read and and note taking. We've lost a lot of our ability to write long hand because our computers make things very easy, obviously. And there is also a very important connection has to do with moderat skills, but it's not necessary that i go always for physical bolks. That's one of my great recommendations, is to really keep a notebook and if you can spend also ten minutes a day writing long hand. It's like emptying out your mind.
