How to Get Commercial Real Estate Exposure
When somebody comes up to you wanting to get commercial real estate exposure, do you also help find the deal or do you just manage what they have? Oh, absolutely. I'm vetting the deal before you even wait somebody's time with putting it on their plate so they can just tell you that they don't like it for certain reasons. A lot of times we're going to underrate the deal too for the bank even sees it just so that the process is streamlined and we can focus on the important stuff. It depends on if the client wants to give up equity or if they just want to pay me to go away. But we do operate in that field.
