Capitalism and the Pandemic

The response to the pandemic essentially exposed capitalist governments as not even wanting to make saving of lives their overriding priority. In China there was no such dilemma people said we are going to the government an authority said we're going to save lives and that's what they did but in the process they actually did a much better job of saving their socialist economy by contrast here lies were sacrificed, livelihoods were not saved but the capitalist economy was savedIndeed not only was it saved but as you know the fortunes of leading capitalists in this in these societies shot up when the pandemic was raging while the economy itself was plunging.
