Scaling UX Research

How do you think about scaling UX research? There are a couple ways that we think about scale in UX research. One is to replicate processes so that as the team grows, we have some structure and consistency. The other form of scale is actually within your practice itself. And now we're expanding our reach from a few people to a few hundred or a few thousand people.
