The Colonization of Time
Time is actually a relatively historically new concept in way of thinking about it. There were examples like the fact that the Sabbath punctuated week would only extend as far as the audible range of emission bell. And so I think those clashes are really interesting to revisit because you see something that we now take for granted in a moment when it was not taken for granted.
