Does the Courts Really Have as Much Responsibility as They Used To?
In Illinois, the legislature didn't meet to approve governor's covet orders. John Sutter: Is it not obvious that legislators would suddenly recover their sense of responsibility? He says there may be different people legislatin the different apparatus and how legislators work. But i'm not sooper optimistic about that.
