Is There a Parallel to the Pandemic?

There seems to have been that psychological response to the pandemic. But yet we've had some kind of a labor force effect, bigger in some countries than others. The backdrop is also different demographically. We've got a shock that affects mostly the old. It's not like so relative to the background trend, this may may have smaller effects.
