If i had my time again, knowing what i know now, i really would have stepped into that place of a contract management on behalf of the people that weren't in the rolls yet. If i could have handed off something for them to work with, i think that would have been really useful. The mind set of wall that's not legal, legal team doesn't manage the contracts or keep a record of of these things. So you've got to just take on bits and pieces. And that won't suit all personalities, but a it's certainly a lesson that i've learnt.
