Trust's 'Moving on Up'

Liz Trust made M people very angry by using the 1990s hit without permission. The lyrics include lines such as, Your time is up and you're moving on out. I'd have checked whether the band really hated them before using them. You have to tell me who or what was Liz Trust talking about when she said these words,. wrong, wrong, wrong. Any suggestions? I have no suggestions, but just incorrect in action.
