How Work Pays Influenced My Processes
On bad days, I'd say that I made no change whatsoever to work days. And it's barely moved since I got here. But no, I'd like to hope that we do have a very, the culture is, I have tried to change our culture in some ways. The whole point of a search fund is to bring those two cultures together. So I don't think it's more of a clash, I think it'm more of like a meshing.
